I already have an agent. What does Picchat solve?

The WhatsApp layer for your system: official number, templates, sending and webhooks. You connect the MCP or call the REST API. You build the agents and the messaging logic.

Can my agent start conversations?

Yes, with a Meta-approved template — WhatsApp's rule for any message outside the 24-hour window. Templates are created and tracked in the dashboard; your agent can send any one that's approved.

How does my agent receive messages and react?

Inbound messages and delivery statuses reach your backend via webhook. Your system keeps the agents' context, memory and logic, and decides what to reply through the API.

Can the agent collect payments over WhatsApp?

It can trigger payment reminder sequences and send your gateway's payment link in the conversation, with click tracking per contact and message.

Can I send images, audio and documents?

Yes. Upload through the media endpoint and send it as a message or inside a flow — image, video, audio and document.

How does billing work?
