By accessing and using the Picchat platform (app.picchat.com.br), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the platform's services.

• User: An individual or legal entity that uses Picchat's services.
• Platform: Refers to Picchat, accessed through the website or through authorized integrations.
• Services: Features offered by Picchat, such as message automation, lead collection and integration of customer service channels.

3.1. Eligibility

To use Picchat, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or be legally authorized to represent a legal entity;
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.

3.2. User Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper and ethical use of the services, in compliance with applicable laws, such as the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
• Not use the platform to send unsolicited, offensive or fraudulent messages;
• Keep your access credentials confidential.

3.3. Restrictions on Use

The user is prohibited from:

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or messages in breach of applicable law, such as the LGPD;
• Using the platform for unlawful, offensive or fraudulent purposes;
• Sharing their access credentials with third parties.

• Picchat owns all rights to the platform's brand, logo, layout and features.
• Reproducing, transmitting or using any content of the platform without express authorization is prohibited.

• The user must choose one of the plans available on the platform. Details on prices, features and limits are described on the website.
• Payment is made in accordance with the terms set out in the contract or at the time of subscribing to the plan.
• Failure to pay the amounts due may result in the suspension of the services.

Use of the platform is subject to Picchat's Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is collected, processed and protected.

Picchat shall not be liable for:

• Damages caused by improper use of the platform;
• Issues arising from temporary unavailability of the service;
• Content or messages sent by users through the platform.

Picchat reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Should this occur, users will be notified through the platform or by e-mail. We recommend reviewing the terms periodically.

You may choose to cancel your subscription early. In that case, no refund will be issued for prepaid fees or unused subscription periods, and you must immediately pay all outstanding fees due through the end of the Current Plan contracted.
